Library Confessions…
You may not know… I love libraries.
I usually don’t have a lot of time to read, but just being in a library, makes me feel so much better after a bad day! I know, I am a closet nerd. Just the smell of an old book makes me feel right at home.
All throughout grade school, I would volunteer in the library putting up books. The Dewey Decimal system was my best friend.
Also, as a young child, I would read encyclopedias for fun. This was before the days where I could “google” do to my research… My favorite letter to read about was “C” because I could read about the history of clothing and the circus. I confess, I was a weird child.
In high school, I took a credited library class, basically we put up book at our school, checked in books at the local elementary school, and checked out books for student. Of course, I made an “A”.
Yes, I know I am a little weird, but you have to confess, there is something a little nostalgic about a library…
